Will an eSIM work on my phone?+
Your device needs to support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Look for an Add eSIM option and check the exact model and sales region with your manufacturer before purchasing.
When does my plan start?+
Activation depends on the plan: it may start at installation or on first connection to a supported network. Check the plan’s activation policy and installation deadline before your trip.
Can I make calls or share my data?+
Travel data plans usually do not include a local phone number or traditional SMS. Messaging and internet calls use your data. Hotspot availability depends on the specific plan and network.
What happens if I run out of data?+
You can purchase another plan. Some eSIMs also support top-ups; available options depend on your specific eSIM.
Where will I find my eSIM after payment?+
Sign in with the email you used when purchasing, then open My eSIMs. Your installation QR code appears once allocation is complete. If payment is received but delivery is still pending, contact support with your order number instead of buying again.
